Since 1994,in Bologna.
Girotti & Partners grew out of the experience of Sauro Girotti who, after a long career at a leading Bologna practice where he had become an associate, took over the business and founded the Firm. Our offices have been in the historic centre of Bologna, in Via del Rondone, ever since.
01Our story
Over more than thirty years the Firm has grown with its clients, closely following every regulatory and market development to offer increasingly advanced and comprehensive services: from tax and corporate advisory to statutory audit, from international tax to tax litigation, restructuring and business incentives.
Today we advise small, medium and large companies – Italian businesses and members of international groups – and business families, combining technical rigour with a deep understanding of the Emilia-Romagna economy.

03International scope
Across borders.
Many of our clients operate in more than one market: Italian businesses growing abroad and foreign groups investing in Italy. We advise them on structuring, the taxation of cross-border flows and compliance, with established experience in the Netherlands and Romania.
We work in Italian and English and bring international tax and cross-border transaction expertise gained also at major tax advisory firms: a single point of reference, here in Bologna.
