Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to answer user requests and manage applications (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c). Browsing data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the proper operation and security of the website (Art. 6.1.f).

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a professional relationship is established or the law requires otherwise.

Recipients

Data may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, email) appointed as data processors. It is not disclosed or transferred outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards.

Cookies

The website only uses technical tools necessary for its operation and does not set profiling or third-party cookies for statistics or advertising. Fonts and libraries are hosted on the website’s own server. No consent banner is therefore required.
