Founder of the Firm, he built a long career at a leading accounting practice in Bologna, where he became an associate and subsequently took over the business.

Since then he has led the Firm with constant attention to regulatory and market developments, giving it a strong sense of momentum and steadily broadening its services. His work focuses on advising businesses, with the aim of anticipating their future needs.

Over the course of his career he has served as statutory auditor and board auditor for major companies in the Emilia-Romagna region.

He specialises in international tax – foreign employment and investment income, the establishment of foreign companies in Italy, the establishment of Italian companies in the Netherlands and Romania, international tax planning – and in tax litigation: tax return reviews and questionnaires, tax audits, settlement of tax assessments and audit reports, through to representation before the Italian tax courts.
